Sharad Kharé - CO-Founder
Sharad Kharé is an award-winning storyteller and documentarian that lives in Vancouver, BC. He is the founder Human Biography, a content agency that produces original video content for the most incredible humans, brands, and organizations across the globe. Sharad has a master’s degree in communications and background in media and journalism.
Sharad has documented people like his holiness the Dalai Lama, Meryl Streep, Arianna Huffington, Chip Wilson, Susan Sarandon, Val Kilmer, Indra Nooyi, Helen Mirren, Jack and Suzy Welch, Peter Diamandis, Maye Musk, Jacqueline Novogratz, and Katy Perry as well as many leaders and CEOs from all over the world. Sharad’s work with family legacy has enabled some incredible opportunities for families to work on their own private content for generational information to be passed down. Human Biography has created content with such organizations as TED, Microsoft, UN Women, The David Lynch Foundation, and many more.
Sharad has led lectures in storytelling at Harvard, IIT, Parsons, UPenn, and the United Nations. He currently sits on the board of Beedie Luminaries and Reconciliation Canada.
Nisha Kharé - co-founder
Nisha BA, BEd, MEd, RCC, is an entrepreneur, director/producer, documentarian, brand ambassador, three time graduate of UBC and proud mom of two.
Nisha has worked extensively with children from the Ministry of Children and Family Development to her work as a teacher. Building on her past work as a local television host, she currently has a weekly series on FB Live, supporting children and their families working through anxiety and depression during Covid-19. On this series, she interviews special guests using a clinical lens made possible by her work as a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
Nisha also gives back to her community by hosting red carpet events and award shows, recognizing those contributing to making the world a better place. Nisha volunteers her time by sitting on the Hope Couture committee for the BC Cancer Foundation. She has been awarded a Golden Key by the International Honour Society, which recognizes outstanding achievers. Currently her directorial work ranges from video interviews with icons and world leaders, to co-creating documentaries, to production of social media shorts. The list of those captured by her company, Khare Communications/Human Biography, include the Dalai Lama, Meryl Streep and Katy Perry. Nisha has spoken both locally and internationally with a highlight being her talk on Powerful Partnerships at the United Nations in New York.
